Luxury Condo Remodel

This home has had major upgrades in multiple phases. It is relatively new with craftsman styling. The problem was that the craftsmen who built the original home were not up to par with the craftsman of yesteryear.

Hanson Carlen was hired to upgrade the finishes of the home to historic craftsman detailing. The owner was a big fan of the American Bungalow magazine, which features wonderful photos and articles of these type of homes. We rebuilt the railing and stair system to an open tread design… all with quarter-sawn white oak. Great care was taken to choose wood with the most figurine. Later, we came back and styled a wainscoting fireplace lift and slide doors, and lastly, completing the project with a kitchen remodel to fit the rest of the project. Gorgeous!
