South Hill Spokane Modern Townhome

When our client purchased this home, it looked like all the other townhouses in the neighborhood- not very unique. The owners wanted this space to have a modern look that was opened up, bright and inviting, as well as specialized. 

To do so, the house needed a complete demolition inside as well as new windows in the living room. The old windows were cheap and boring. Also, the current layout of the home needed some redesigning for better function to make better use of the smaller space.

Some of the unique beautiful touches on this home is the stunning kitchen with a hidden pantry, custom built stairs and handrails and a dining room chandelier that can be seen upon entering the home as well as when you ascend the stairs.
